 Registration Information for Participants

 All registered participants would receive an update and confirmation email (sent in batches from 8 to 13 June 2017) from the conference secretariat, with their registration particulars and information on the collection of their registration kit.  

If you have registered but not received the email, please check your spam folder first, before writing to the secretariat.

Below are the essential information, which will help you prepare your participation at the conference:

(A) CONFERENCE VENUE

For those driving to the conference venue, complimentary parking from Monday, 19 June to Friday, 23 June will be provided.  Please collect the complimentary pass (on a daily basis) from the registration counter.

(B) REGISTRATION COUNTER OPENING HOURS
Sunday, 18 June 2017 – 2 pm to 7 pm
Monday, 19 June 2017 – 8 am to 4 pm
Tuesday, 20 June 2017 – 8 am to 4 pm
Wednesday, 21 June 2017 – 8 am to 2 pm
Thursday, 22 June 2017 – 8 am to 12 pm
Friday, 23 June 2017 – 8:30 am – 12:00 pm

Please note that each registered participant is issued a unique 4-digit registration ID for verification and collection of the conference kit. Please refer to the registration confirmation email for the registration ID and counter number to approach onsite for the collection of the conference kit.

(C) INTERNET ACCESS
There will be free WI-FI access at the conference venue. No access code is required.

(D) PAYMENT ONSITE / ONSITE REGISTRATION
Participants who have pre-registered but making payment onsite are reminded that only CASH payment is accepted.
Walk-in/onsite registration payments are also in CASH payment only.
Please bring exact change in Singapore dollars.  We regret we are not able to accept foreign currencies.

(E) INVOICE/RECEIPT 
Please note that the official receipt/invoice can be downloaded and printed directly from the online user account.  No printed copy will be issued at the conference.

(F) LETTER OF PARTICIPATION 
Participants can also download the letter of participation directly from their online user account.  The letter will be downloadable from Tuesday, 20 June.
