The listing below are the hotels offering deals for ICMAT 2017 participants during the conference week (18 – 23 June 2017). A limited number of rooms have been block-booked for participants at the listed room rates, but when these rooms are sold out, the listed rates will be subjected to availability and may no longer apply.
Please note that the conference venue is located at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Do note that whilst the organiser has negotiated for the best possible rate with the hotel, they may not necessarily be the lowest due to promotions and offers made by individual properties/travel agents or booking portals which are beyond our control. As such, you are advised to make your own comparison before proceeding with the reservation.

Reservation Procedure:
- Either clcik on the ONLINE BOOKING link to proceed with online reservation; or download the BOOKING FORM of the hotel you have selected, complete and email/fax it back to the hotel directly.
- Please do NOT send the form to the secretariat as the reservations are to be made directly with the hotel.
- If you do not receive a response from the hotel in five (05) working days, please call them to check on your reservation.
NOTE:
- All reservations will only be confirmed upon successfully charging to the credit card account provided.
- Only credit card accounts will be accepted for reservation.
- Please read/check the cancellation policy stated in the hotel reservation form carefully before you proceed with your booking.
